PEP五年级下册Unit 5 Look at the monkeys 复习课教学设计
一、教学目标：
学生通过对第五单元的复习，进一步巩固和强化以下目标：
1.知识技能目标：
（1）熟练掌握以下四会单词：flying, jumping, walking, running, swimming, sleeping, climbing, fighting, swinging, drinking water.
（2） 熟练掌握以下重点句子：
What is it doing? It’s …
What are they doing? They’re …
（3） 能够运用学过的句型谈论动物正在干什么。
2.过程方法目标
3.其他目标：
（1）培养学生热爱动物，热爱大自然的良好品质。
（2）注重新旧知识的融会贯通，加强小组合作与交流。
二、教学内容
本节课是复习课，主要围绕本单元的重点句型What is it doing? It’s … What are they doing? They’re…展开复习，通过各种形式的操练，加强学生对本单元知识的整体把握，提高学生知识运用能力。
三、学情分析：
本单元的动物名称和要求掌握的动词在前五册学生用书中都已经出现过，本册第四单元的教学重点也是现在进行时，这样就为本课的复习奠定了良好的语言和心理基础。
四、教学重难点：
本单元的教学重点是有关动物正在做什么的英语表达，难点是十个动词-ing形式的四会掌握。
五、教学过程：
Step 1. Warm-up
教师先做自我介绍，然后询问学生：Do you like animals? Let’s go to a nature park today.
（设计意图：师生对话，利用学生对动物的喜爱，创设去自然公园的情境，将学生带入学习状态。）
Step 2 Review the four-skill words and phrases
1、出示很多动物在自然公园的图片，师提问：What animals do you see? 让学生先熟悉图片中出现的动物，再提问：Look at the horse. What is it doing?来复习单数形式的重点句子和四会单词。教师板书重点句子和四会单词，同时要求学生做书空练习。
2、教师让学生试着谈论图片中的动物，让学生提问和回答。
3、同样的方法复习四会单词和复数形式的重点句子。
（设计意图：以问题为引领，以“动物在做什么季节”为话题，通过多媒体课件演示，引导学生谈论动物在干什么四季的天气特征和适宜的活动，进一步强化学生对本节课四会单词和重点句子词组的记忆。）
4. 问题引领，复现A read and write文本
师谈话：Look , Chen Jie and Sarah are in the nature park too. What animals do they see and what are the animals doing? Open your books and turn to page 60, read the dialogue quickly and find the answers:
（1） What animals do they see?
（2） What are they doing?
学生回答上述问题。
5. 问题引领，重现B read and write 文本。
师出示三人图片，谈话：Well, children, the three girls are in another park. What animals do they see and what are the animals doing? Who can read the dialogue? 找一生起来朗读，其他同学认真听并找出答案。
Step 3 Practice
1. Play cards.（内容见课件）
2. Read and write.
3. Read and judge.
4. Make a call with your mom.
5. Finish your diary.
