As we know, many people favor the idea that the University life is free and comfortable, but Id like to say its not true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my University life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library and the others.
Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the priority in University. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. Im greatly convinced that knowledge can change my life. Secondly, student activities play an important role in our University life. To be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For example, I m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I think its meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others. I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think theyre unforgettable and worthwhile experiences for me.
Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. Its said that “shelves of books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that Im interested in. In this way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons .When Im sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and comfortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the library for me is a support in bad moments. So its wise choice for me to stay in the library.
Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate parents burden, I often do some part-time jobs and write some articles to earn money. It helps me to be independent and improve my social skills.
In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. The Ten Days Military Training The day we were looking forward to came at last----a ten days military training began.
During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time. In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Only three days later our faces were tanned. We felt happy and proud of it .
Our platoon officer were two young PLA man, about twenty years old. They were very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with them, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.
The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.
Our Battalian 3 Company 12 Time goes fast! We have spent the first year of our university. The new term is coming. But what we all have to face is the military training that is said to be cruel.
We students from the Department of Computer Science and Technology form the battalion 3 company 12.We have 2 general terms for the military training whose family names are respectively Chen and Han. And we have 107 students in our battalion.
The ten days training is cruel. And almost all of us have been turned to be the persons who are coming from the Africa. Of course, we are all worn out at the same time. But what we all insist on is that we cant retreat with little wound. So the amount of the students in our company who escape from the traning field is the smallest.

I really want to make some relaxation by listening to songs and watching funny series / movies. I guess I over use my eyes in the company, due to frequent overtime at the normal working days. My neck and my eyes feel terrible. I feel uneasy that I always dream a lot when I was asleep. The next morning when I woke up, oh, my god, I do not feel like doing anything at all, just feel headache. I hated to dream a lot in the sleeping time. Sometimes I feel ashamed for my poor oral English.
So many girls in our department can speak fluent English and absolutely do not have difficulty in communicating with foreign guys. I envy of them and I just too lazy to make some useful effort for spoken English. All the mangers in our company are proficiency in written and spoken English and all of them are from HK.
