　　As we all know, pessimism is Nowadays, large number of person feel negative becomes a great variety of problem which is related study and work and living and so on.

　　And as far as l am concerned, optimists and pessimists has three distinct characteristics:

　　permanence , pervasiveness and personalization . Firstly, optimists believe that luck is permanent , but the pessimistic person is just the opposite , they believe that bad luck is permanent, good luck is temporary. Similarly ,the pessimist says the worst thing is universal at the same time ,optimists think bad things always have a specific reason. Above all, optimistic people will care about the intrinsic effort redundant external luck. So under these factors, people who is optimistic will get more surprise from live than pessimists, and they can live a happier live than people who is pessimistic.

　　But how to overcome pessimism? I have some suggestions:

　　1. Read some positive information from the world, believe that as long as you stick to your dream and then you can win.

　　2. Sport everyday. You can take away your sad by doing some sports such as: running 、football or basketball and so on.

　　3. Live a regular life

Many Americans who usually visit family and friends by plane are driving shorter distances instead this week. Some mental health experts say the attacks have frightened people. They say people feel safer and happier close to home. More than any other holiday, Thanksgiving is a celebration of family and home. Many people say that this year they are especially thankful for their families and friends and the good things in their lives. On Thanksgiving, people enjoy a long day of cooking, eating and talking. The traditional meal almost always includes the turkey with a bread mixture cooked inside. Other traditional Thanksgiving food served with turkey are sweet potatoes, cranberries and pumpkin pie. Stores are said to sell more food at Thanksgiving than at any other time of the year, and many people eat more food at Thanksgiving than at any other time of the year. Over the years, Americans have added new traditions to their Thanksgiving celebration. For example, a number off professional and university football games are played on Thanksgiving Day. Some of the games are broadcast on national television.

　　Last Sunday at noon father took me to have lunch in a big restaurant.

　　Walking through the splendid hall, we entered No. 2 Private Room. Several uncles were already there. What a rich feast! On the round table were placed many dishes which I couldn't name. In front of everyone there was a small bowl of soup with a small piece of meat inside. Later I learned that was turtle soup, each bowl was worth 18 yuan and all the dishes cost 600 yuan. Although the food was very delicious, I felt heavy in my heart.

　　This Sunday the same thing happened. All the dishes were paid by public money just as last week. Then in my mind appeared the scene that several classmates left school be carse of poverty. If a table of dishes cost 600 yuan, how many 600 yuan will be used up a day? And how many children can return to school with so much money? For our country's prosperity and future, please stop "eating" with public money!

　　上周日中午，爸爸带我到一个大饭店去吃午饭。
